Klockowski Estates LLC was built with passion and a purpose. Our founder Logan Klockowski, took note while looking into our local communities. It became very apparent that quality housing was limited. Upon speaking with many individuals who rented in these areas, another major complaint was landlord neglect. Efficient and quality maintenance was seemingly nonexistent. These findings gave way to the organization of the business. With a dedicated passion for renovation, we put our construction skills to work and the rest is history. We now have built a large portfolio of beautiful modernized apartments, and we continue to grow each year.

Like any quality built home, a strong foundation is the most important. Without it, a collapse would be imminent. Fortunately at Klockowski Estates LLC, we are built on one of the strongest foundations out there, and that is family. Without the love and support of his beautiful wife Lindsey Klockowski, none of this would be possible. A new addition was included into this foundation, and that is the birth of their pride and joy, Dawson John Klockowski. In a short matter of time we know we will be getting his help on all of the renovations, as he is already using his toys as tools. Lastly, we can’t forget about our project manager. A handsome, wise and sophisticated black Labrador whose name is Oakley. While he much prefers to hunt, swim in our pond, and play endless hours of fetch with his favorite balls. He knows he has to earn his keep, and work certainly comes before play. So he always gets the job done first.

As you can see we are a family owned business and not some large corporation. We take pride in knowing each of our tenants and developing a close knit relationship with them. We value clean and modernized apartments, with efficient maintenance, and above all else the close connection of family.
